  • Do you maintain E-commerce websites?

    Yes we do! E-commerce sites require additional support in order to properly manage them. To get a custom quote on your E-commerce site, simply reach out via the contact form or call us.

  • How do you monitor and maintain my website?

    Once you give us access to your website, we install our WordPress Maintenance plugin to monitor and maintain the site. This plugin will also allow you to send us a message directly from your site if you have any questions.

  • What kind of edits can I request in the Professional Plan?

    You can request many different kinds of tasks, including:

    • Fixing website errors and bugs
    • Edits to existing page content, copy and images
    • Install & configure plugins
    • User login & password management
    • Publishing new blog posts & landing pages
    • Updating existing page layouts

    Tasks do not include:

    • Custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc)
    • Developing a new landing page layout, contact form, or new website
    • Updating your theme or plugin code
    • Custom code edits
    • Web server edits and updates
    • Graphic design
    • Copyrighting

  • What if I need extra time beyond 1 hour per month for edits?

    If you intend to go over the allotted 1-hour per month allowance, we can simply charge you for any additional time you need. If you need more than an hour on an ongoing basis, we can add the time needed to your monthly invoice.

  • Is there a contract?

    We do not require any contracts to use our WordPress Maintenance services or even our Website Design Packages. You simply pay month-to-month as a recurring charge to your credit card or bank account.
